Vegan French Toast

Wondering how to make a vegan french toast? Use bananas, a plant based milk, dates, spices and flaxseeds to create a delicious and easy vegan french toast.
This is perfect if your kids are craving something sweet or if you want to make something else for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 dates
¼ cup soy milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flax seeds
4- 5 slices of toast
Avocado oil for frying
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except toast and coconut oil, in a blender and mix until well combined.
Heat a bit of coconut oil in a non sticking pan or iron skillet.
Dip each slice of bread in the batter for about 20 seconds on each side.
Once pan is hot, add slice/s of bread and cook until golden brown on both sides (about 2 minutes on each side).
Notes:
Serve warm. Top with berries, sliced nuts and/or whipped coconut cream.
