Tofu Crumbles

These tofu crumbles are very easy to make and need very little preparation from you. This ground tofu can be used instead of ground beef and make a great topping for pizza, between taco shells or in a stew or chili. This crumbled tofu recipe adds flavor and texture to any of your dishes.
Ingredients:
2 blocks of tofu, (28 oz or 790 g)
2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly pressed
4 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp black pepper
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F or 175°C.

Drain the tofu from their liquid, then crumble it between your fingers. Set aside.

Mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and all the spices in a bowl until well combined.

Now combine the tofu with the spice mixture and mix with your fingers until the spices are well incorporated into the tofu.

Spread the tofu crumbles evenly over a pan.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the tofu gets crispy enough for you.
