1 cup dried apricots
½ cup water
Add dried apricots and water to a pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling immediately remove pot from the burner and cover with a lid.
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Put everything in a blender and blend until you have a smooth jam.
Add more water if you like a thinner consistency.
